Test Automation remains the most ignored, important and hard to achieve part of an IT project. It can be easy to write a few automated tests but it is very hard to write them to a degree that gives you the confidence to put your code in production.

Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is a sequence of actions conducted to test a software product. STLC is composed of different stages, each of them with an exact purpose. Bellow, there is a diagram with the 6 different stages in STLC.

What is cross-browser testing? Users should not be restricted to use an application on only one browser, so it's crucial to test the application’s compatibility on multiple browsers. Some of the generally used browsers are Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

Nowadays, the software testing domain is split in two big areas: automation testing and manual testing. With the rise of automation, the domain is changing and we have to find the perfect combination between the two to get the best of our software products.
